More affordable and supporting housing options are on the way in Central Oregon. R&H was thrilled to break ground on two impactful housing communities for Housing Works, in partnership with Pinnacle Architecture. We are so grateful to help bring these much-needed affordable housing projects to life! PSH on 4th
In Bend, 33-units of permanent support housing (PSH) will be constructed for those experiencing homelessness. The project is centrally located one block off Bend’s 3rd Street corridor and will include a mix of 24-studio and 9, one-bedroom units. A broad spectrum of support services will be offered onsite with 24/7 presence provided by the onsite manager, Shepherd’s House Ministries.
Spencer Court
In Redmond, the Spencer Court housing community is now underway. This project features 60 units of workforce housing spread between four, 3-story buildings. A variety of unit types and sizes support a range of household compositions and multi-generational living. Community members will also benefit from shared amenities such as a dog wash and exercise area, playground, community gathering area and ample bike storage.
