In March, our Portland office officially moved into our new headquarters space. Located on NW 20th and Wilson Street in Portland’s burgeoning Slabtown district, R&H’s office includes 18,000 s.f. of open office space with an array of conference rooms, a large café, outdoor terrace, a gym, and collaborative areas that encourage team interaction and provide the freedom to work away from workstations. Ample natural light and biophilia throughout create a welcoming environment for our 75+ team members who regularly work out of our HQ location. R&H also built out 34,000 s.f. of space adjacent to the office to house our field operations and equipment warehouse which relocated from the South Waterfront district last summer.

R&H’s buildout was part of a greater building transformation that is currently underway for longtime client Winkler Development Corp and Watumull Properties Corp along with LRS Architects, converting the former Graphic Arts Center into an urban industrial campus. Stay connected with us for more updates as the building redevelopment continues to evolve.
