Over the last few years, R&H has performed numerous construction projects for Unitus Community Credit Union. Four ground-up branches averaging about 5,000 s.f. were constructed in Salem, Vancouver, Clackamas and Beaverton. In addition, R&H has performed tenant improvements and remodels to several other branches in the Portland area.

Most recently, R&H completed the buildout of new Unitus branches in Portland’s Cascade Station shopping center and Beaverton’s Cedar Hills neighborhood. The 7,100 s.f. Cascade Station branch and the 3,300 s.f. Cedar Hills location use Unitus’ new colors and branding. Both branches are home to virtual teller machines, a teller line, reception area with a living wall, private offices and conference space.
