R&H completed this LEED Platinum and Net Zero ready Toyota dealership in Corvallis, Oregon. Sustainable features for this project include a 16-well geothermal heating and cooling system, over 1000 rooftop solar panels, drought tolerant landscaping, energy efficient interior features, and radiant heat flooring. The project was completed in phases, allowing the dealership to remain open while the new building is under construction.
