The Nines wanted to refresh several of their common areas, including their main ballroom, a private dining room and parts of Urban Farmer, a restaurant located on the 8th floor. The ballroom and its lobby, located on the 6th floor, received new carpeting, wall coverings and furniture and the operable partitions were also recovered. The private dining room on the 8th floor is receiving all new finishes including barnwood cladding, new beams and ceiling and floor coverings. At Urban Farmer our team added a new host stand and a 14’ decorative wall panel made of steel.

The hotel and restaurant remained fully occupied throughtout construction. Our team worked closely with multiple stakeholders to plan every detail with precision so all event and meeting deadlines could be met.
