Named after the towering paper separator that once sat atop it, The Hopper project includes the significant seismic upgrade, renovation and modernization of the campus, which was originally constructed in the 1960’s and previously served as a graphic arts production facility.

In addition to structural upgrades, scope of work included opening up the office spaces to create a modern, open and collaborative workspaces filled with natural light and ample employee amenity options. Finally, this $19M project encompassed three tenant improvement buildouts including two corporate headquarters facilities and a distillery production facility and tasting room.
