Over the years, R&H has completed more than a dozen projects at Sunriver Resort, including a pool renovation, guest room remodels, exterior renovations, and guest amenity build-outs.
R&H completed a major renovation and expansion of the resort pool located near the Sunriver Lodge. The facility, known as “The Cove”, features an expanded pool area with zero entry design, hot tub, waterslide, kid’s discovery area, spacious deck, and private cabanas. The Cove offers guests of Sunriver Resort an exclusive oasis where they can relax and enjoy the summer weather.
Sunriver Resort hired also R&H to refresh 81 guest rooms and suites, while the hotel remained occupied. All the rooms received new finishes to compliment the natural setting in Sunriver; including, carpeting, ceramic tile floors and showers, paint, new electrical fixtures, cabinetry, and wood wall paneling and trim.

Progress
Currently underway at the Sunriver Resort, this project consists of a ground-up indoor pool facility adjacent to the resort facility and spotted frog restaurant. This 10,000 s.f. building will include a large swimming pool, lazy river, waterslide, children’s splash pad, and water features.
Three sides of the building will have roll-up garage doors. This turns the facility into a roofed outdoor park in the summer. When complete, the outdoor area will be a community green space for hosting events, trees, and native plants to create privacy, and new parking, drive aisles, and bike/walk paths throughout.
