Located off Highway 97, R&H constructed this 303,000 s.f. retail center in Bend, Oregon. The project included extensive site work and site development, as well as the construction of five of the seven building shells. Additionally, R&H completed the tenant improvements for T-Mobile, Black Rock Coffee, and Gentle Dental.
