Located on the Deschutes River Canyon outside of Redmond, R&H performed a substantial remodel and addition to this custom home. The existing structure was demolished down to the framing and two additions totaling 2,000 s.f. were added. A key feature of the remodel included an interior screen wall, which required 15’ beams to be lamented together and milled to fit a complex structural steel assembly. Additional features include a new composite deck, storefront-style windows at the entry, new dormer/clearstory view in the center of the existing roof, and extensive structural steel details.
