This project consists of a complete renovation of 23,954 s.f. to interior space in two existing buildings on the Pilot Butte Middle School campus. Updates provide modern amenities in classrooms, art room, woodshop/maker space, staff workroom & hallways. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and low voltage systems have been completely replaced.
