Pelican Brewing Company opened a new 14,000 s.f. brewpub, perfectly nestled on the Oregon coastline in Lincoln City. With stunning views of Siletz Bay, the R&H-built brewpub includes a kitchen, dining areas, a brewery and office space, in addition to outdoor patios and deck. The building is a large one-story structure with a pair of long shed roofs that house a partial second story. Designed by Jones Architecture, the brewpub’s beautiful heavy timber wood structure remains exposed and viewable from the dining area.

R&H previously worked for Pelican on a remodel of their Pacific City restaurant and brewery. R&H expanded its original facility, adding over 10,000 s.f. of space. Improvements included a new and much larger kitchen, enlargement of the brewery, new waiting and retail area, restrooms, new banquet room, loading dock and extensive sitework.
