Located within the 360 Bond Building, which R&H also constructed, the Moda Health tenant improvement spans two of the building’s six floors. The office space achieved LEED-Gold certification. R&H assisted with the selection of sustainable systems and materials for the space and worked with many local subcontractors and suppliers in order to increase efficiency, reduce transportation and fuel, and support the local economy.
