R&H built a 47,100 s.f. parking structure and 27,000 s.f. Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton showroom for Lithia Auto Services. The showroom was a complete renovation and seismic upgrade of an existing building. Besides the showroom, the building includes a service and parts area, car wash, and support offices. The concrete parking structure was built to house the dealership’s inventory. In addition, the showroom was built to the strict Mercedes’ Autohaus standards.
