One-of-a-kind finishes capture the refined yet industrial character of the beverage distribution industry in this 24,000 s.f. office remodel. The remodel took Maletis Beverage out of the high-walled cubes of the ’90s and into a contemporary open-office style workplace. More than a dozen smaller meeting and breakout spaces were added to accommodate private meetings.

Custom steel and woodwork in their taprooms, meeting spaces, lounges, and brewhouse, all reflect the unique personality of a social based industry. Design elements like reeded glass, blackened tube-steel interior storefront and a red oak sliding door pay homage to past Maletis warehouses while two 15’ wide bi-fold, airplane-hanger doors add an unexpected touch of bold & modern.
