Janis Medical Building

Bend, Oregon

The contemporary two story building was designed by Bend architectural firm BCA. Among tenant spaces for several medical office clinics, the building features a bevy of sustainable components including solar heated water, heated sidewalk, LED lighting, low water consumption landscaping and ample bike parking. Extensive day-lighting floods the entry and the second story decks provide spectacular mountain views. A pathway connects patients and staff to the neighboring St. Charles campus.

This was a project that was many years in the making for our practice. Your team made it appear completely seamless to our practice, which is as it should be for the customer.
