Eastlake Village

Bend, Oregon

R&H constructed two phases of multifamily housing on Bend’s Eastside at Eastlake Village. In total, the 96-unit community provides a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. Half of the homes will serve households under 50% of the area median income, while the other half will be dedicated to households under 60% of the area median income. Phase II of the project achieved an impressive Earth Advantage Platinum certification.

The team was very organized and proactive.  Good communication of potential issues and timing restraints for decisions.  Good at working with the bevy of energy consultants, lenders, investor reps, and residents during the development. Staff have high standards which is much appreciated by the ownership.
