Domain Drouhin Oregon Roserock North Production Facility
DAYTON, OREGON
R&H constructed Domaine Drouhin Oregon’s 27,000 s.f. ground-up wine production facility in Dayton, Oregon. The Roserock North Production Facility houses wine fermentation space, a temperature-controlled barrel cellar, fruit storage and a large covered harvest porch. The facility utilizes wood in place of a pre-engineered metal building which has benefits including lower carbon footprint, smaller required foundations and shorter lead times, in addition to being more a more beautiful and cost-effective option.
R&H crews self-performed the setting and installation of Roserock’s 30+ fermentation tanks. The project also included the construction of a fire suppression pond and road improvements to better accommodate large vehicles.
