R&H constructed a 40-unit independent senior living apartment building and new clubhouse/community center for this Willamette Valley independent living community. New and enhanced amenities include covered parking, expanded dining and wellness opportunities, a new library, movie theater, and lounge. Additional work included the relocation of existing resident homes, installation of walkway connections between new and existing buildings, and upgrades to existing buildings on the campus.

All work took place while the community remained fully occupied by residents, staff, and guests.
