The 1970’s era Cedar Hills Apartments community has undergone a major renovation bringing it into the 21st century. Each of the multifamily housing complex’s buildings received exterior upgrades, including new Northwest inspired, regionally sourced Red Cedar siding, roof replacements, new steel handrails and accessibility upgrades. All work was completed while the complex remained occupied.

R&H also constructed a new 2,000 s.f. amenities building with an updated workout facility and common area for all tenants. Right outside is the refurbished swimming pool and pool deck. Last, but not least, R&H placed a 10’ tall white garden gnome next to the pool for all to enjoy.
