Located in NE Portland’s Hollywood District, R&H constructed a ground-up, 5,000 s.f. medical clinic addition for Broadway Medical Clinic. In addition to the new construction, which included re-designed entrances and expanded reception space, the project included a renovation of the the pediatric and dermatology clinics. Site work included landscaping upgrades and the addition of bioswales. With this new space, the clinic, which provides primary care for children and adults on top of behavioral health services and a dermatology department, can continue to provide exemplary medical care for their patients for decades to come.
