adidas’ North American Headquarters campus is an adaptive reuse of the former Bess Kaiser Hospital campus in N. Portland. R&H renovated the existing hospital buildings into office space and constructed additional office buildings, a 308,000 s.f., 838 stall parking structure and a 18,000 s.f. sports pavilion. An on-site public park and bikeway and pedestrian walkways throughout the campus complement the 13.75-acre site’s village-like feel.  As part of the project, R&H created a research and development lab to test adidas’ products.

Since completion, R&H has completed over 100 tenant improvements, remodels and renovations within occupied buildings on site.
