For the past two years, the community has watched as this project has taken shape, redefining the landscape of this corner off of NE Sandy Boulevard. The eight-story, mixed-use building, paired with the stunning renovation of the original Pepsi Pavilion, brings new energy to the area. From modern living spaces to thoughtfully designed commercial spaces, Splash is quickly becoming a vibrant hub for residents and community visitors alike. More to come soon!

Bend’s beloved Ariana Restaurant has been refreshed! R&H performed a remodel and expansion of this fine dining restaurant, which has served the community for over 20 years. The project included a ground-up addition which features an expanded dining area and increased back-of-house space. Additionally, noise control, accent lighting and a private outdoor patio were added to enhance the guest experience. Whether you’re a longtime patron or visiting for the first time, be sure check out the restaurant’s new look. ✨ @arianabend

R&H`s annual Chili Cook-Off is always a fun way to bring our team together during cold winter days! Our very “official” chili-tasting and voting process is taken seriously as the chefs with the most votes win. Every chili flavor profile is unique and hotly debated as the voters decide whether they prefer traditional chili, chile verde, a recipe’s secret ingredient or an extra kick of spice. This year`s winner is (drumroll...) VP of Business Development, Jake Sly! 🏆🔥

The Old Mill Apartments have officially reached full occupancy since opening in October! R&H was involved in the conversion of this former motel into 76 modern, comfortable affordable housing units with updated kitchenettes, supportive services offered to each tenant, and shared amenities to help residents transition into permanent housing.
This incredible project came to life thanks to partnerships with Fortify Holdings, @studio_plus_architects, the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council, the MAC Group, and the City of Bend. Residents are now settling into their new homes—learn more at the link in our bio.

Designed by @orangewallstudios and built by R&H, the project included a major renovation of the structure, resulting in a stunning 10,000 s.f. residence that boasts five bedrooms, six unique bathrooms and a high-end kitchen. Three custom fireplaces and a combination of tile and engineered Oak floors over radiant heating are just a few of the many custom features of this home.

This holiday season, the R&H elves traded blueprints for frosting bags in our annual Gingerbread House Competition! Crafted from CLG (cross-laminated gingerbread) and adorned with edible finishes like gumdrops, candy canes and more, these 1 sq. ft. marvels prove our team’s creativity knows no bounds. Even a gumdrop delay couldn’t stop us—with a candy cane permit from the city, we built these two-story multifamily homes with craftsmanship and holiday cheer.
