R&H has teamed up with long-term client Nordstrom for its construction needs since 1991, performing projects of all sizes. In 2007 and 2008 R&H performed renovations of Nordstrom’s Downtown Portland and Lloyd Center stores. While the Lloyd Center project encompassed an entire facelift of the store, the Downtown Portland remodel was part of Nordstrom’s “Designer Initiative” and incorporated new Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci designer shops. In 2010, R&H completed a remodel of the Washington Square location.

In recent years, R&H has performed renovations and modernizations in several Portland-area Nordstrom locations. All work within Nordstrom stores has been performed while the stores remain open to customers and employees.
