Glisan Commons is the first phase of an innovative, mixed-use, transit oriented multifamily housing development located in Portland’s Gateway neighborhood. Built in partnership with Colas Construction,  Glisan Commons includes 67 units of workforce housing and office space.  Human Solutions and Ride Connection, a nonprofit that provides transportation for seniors and people with disabilities, are co-developers of Phase I. Phase II, known as Gilman Court, was developed by REACH.
