R&H was chosen to build a new campus for the Portland Community College Newberg Center in Newberg, OR. The project includes 12,800 s.f., composed of a reception area, common area, five classrooms, conference room, faculty offices, meeting room, kitchen, and restrooms. Additionally, a 50,000 s.f. parking lot is located adjacent to the building. The project achieved LEED-NC Platinum certification and is Net-Zero, meaning it creates as much or more energy than it consumes.
