Glisan Commons Phase I, designed by Holst Architecture, was recently written up in Architectural Record.  The five-story, mixed-use building features 67 affordable apartment units and Ride Connection, a nonprofit that provides transportation for the elderly and disabled, occupies the office space on the ground floor.  The project achieved LEED Platinum certification.
