R&H renovated the former Manzana restaurant into Lake View Taphouse’s newest location in Lake Oswego. Tucked within the lively Lake View Village retail center, the Taphouse offers guests several places to dine, including an outdoor patio area highlights views of the adjacent lake and Millennium Plaza Park. The remodel included a large dining room, private events space and bar with local brews on tap. Having built the original Lake View Village mixed-used development in 2004, R&H was well prepared when carefully navigating construction within the occupied building surrounded by a high-traffic area.
