Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment (CATT)

BEAVERTON & HILLSBORO, OREGON

The Washington County Center for Addictions Triage and Treatment projects, known as CATT, aim increase addictions treatment in Oregon with the addition of two treatment and recovery facilities, located in Beaverton and Hillsboro.

The Community Services Building, currently underway in Beaverton, will provide outpatient services, peer/recovery supports, crisis services, and health services through a variety of onsite organizations. The project scope includes a full renovation of an existing 42,000 s.f. building.

The Intensive Services Building, underway in Hillsboro, provides residential treatment, withdrawal management, and transition supports. The project includes a remodel of the 24,000 s.f. existing building and a ground-up 14,000 s.f. residential addition that will connect to the existing facilities via a ground-level breezeway.

Both projects have prevailing wage requirements and are set to achieve 30% COBID participation.
