This three-story, mixed-use development includes affordable housing over ground floor support services on Bend’s eastside.  In addition to the ground-up building, R&H completed a tenant improvement for Moasic Medical, a local nonprofit medical organization, on the ground floor.

Legacy Landing provides 47 units of much-needed housing for low-income seniors within the Bend community, including thirty-nine one-bedroom homes and eight two-bedroom homes. Six apartments were set aside for qualifying patients of Mosaic Medical with chronic medical conditions that create barriers for independent living.
