Located in SW Portland, R&H is underway on this 214-unit affordable housing development offering studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The six-story, mixed-use building also houses retail space, a community room, an outdoor terrace and a classroom. The project will obtain a Green Globes® certification.

Originally designed as market rate units, the developer repositioned the project to meet the growing need for lower-income housing in central Portland. Tiller Terrace will serve households who earn no more than 60% of the area median income.
