In partnership with Sunriver Resort and Zehren and Associates, R&H Construction completed a new addition to this residential resort community. As the centerpiece of the Caldera Springs eastern expansion, the Forest House is a ground-up, 9,500 s.f.  amenity space that includes a collection of swimming pools, a double-racer water slide, state-of-the-art fitness center, poolside café and bar, pickleball courts, duckpin bowling and more.
