Zupan’s Markets opened its fourth store in the Lake Grove neighborhood in Lake Oswego. R&H renovated a 20,000 s.f. former Wizer’s Market into the new home for Zupan’s. The market is located within the Lake Grove Village retail center, which R&H also renovated in its entirety.

R&H also performed a remodel of Zupans’ West Burnside location. The work included demolition of existing kitchen equipment and wainscot at an existing coffee bar as well as construction of a soffit over a newly created juice/smoothie bar. Some of the challenges our team overcame included working directly adjacent to one of the main entrances of a very active, occupied grocery store downtown as well as completing work within a fully-stocked wine storage room.
