Since 1999, R&H has constructed a variety of projects within Crosswater Resort.

The private clubhouse for Crosswater is located on a pristine setting in Central Oregon. Massive pine logs form the porte cochere structure, and combined with extensive stonework and wood trim, create a lodge feel. The dining room features wood trusses and wrought iron chandeliers as well as magnificent views of the golf course and mountains. Completed in 1999, the clubhouse remains one of the most beautiful and interesting buildings that R&H has constructed.

R&H also constructed 1,500 s.f. wood-framed maintenance building at Crosswater. The building houses Crosswater maintenance team’s tools and equipment.

Most recently,R&H renovated the clubhouse to create a newly expanded 590 s.f. lounge with additional banquet seating, new north-facing access to the exterior deck, tongue and groove wood ceiling finishes, and custom designed wood bar. All work was completed while the club remained open to members & staff.
