Killingsworth Station is located in Portland's Overlook neighborhood on the corner of N. Interstate and Killingsworth Avenues. The building is home to 34 afffordable housing units and 23 market rate units, as well as 9,000 s.f. of commercial space. The mixed-use building has many attractive sustainable features and has been certified LEED Platinum.
