First Citizens BankLake Oswego, OR
The First Citizens Bank project took 22 weeks to receive the building permit, so R&H performed the TI in the building during construction, in finished space. The millwork was supplied and installed by Pridgen, all the way from Whiteville, North Carolina.
In addition to the woodwork, the building boasts several unique design features. The large, recessed brick arches have concealed lintel systems, uniform slate shingles that were hand-split with a chisel, and copper accents around the building such as scupper boxes, gutters, and downspouts.
