Originally constructed in 1964, R&H performed a sustainability-minded renovation of the 150 Harrison Building. The building features a single-story of commercial space atop three levels of parking, totaling 18,600 s.f. The project owner originally intended to perform minor upgrades to the property but after careful analysis, it was determined the building could qualify for LEED Core & Shell Platinum certification, while remaining cost effective.
