This retail project on the NW corner of Barbur Blvd and Terwilliger Blvd is composed of two 10,000 s.f. steel frame structures with brick veneer, large glass storefronts, metal standing seam roofs at the towers and prominent steel canopies over the storefronts. The sloping site accommodates one single-story building and one two-story building. Barbur Shops is currently home to several tenants including Starbucks, Baja Fresh, Nextel, Judson Salon, Kinko's and La Costita Restaurant.
