In the Central Oregon area, R&H has over 11 years of experience constructing both commercial and residential projects. Adjacent to Sunriver Resort, the Caldera Springs development centers around the Lake House, a 6,000 s.f. clubhouse with high-end finishes such as exposed timber work and stone. The Lake House has an upscale bistro, a family room with big screen televisions and surround sound, a den, a living room, and a golf pro shop. Nearby, there is a 3,200 s.f. pool and fitness center with lockers and work out facilities, and a 1,100 s.f. pavilion with an outdoor BBQ & picnic facility. R&H also constructed two bridges, one vehicular bridge and a unique pedestrian timber-suspended bridge.
