Irving Street Townhomes

Portland, OR

This 14-unit complex occupies one half of a city block in NW Portland. A complete EIFS tearoff and stucco replacement was done to rectify damage created by water intrusion. All work on the project was completed while the building remained occupied by residents and retail tenants.
