West End Bikes is located on the bike-friendly street, SW Stark, in Downtown Portland. The owners of West End Bikes knew the 100-year old builidng they were about to occupy needed a facelift, so they selected R&H to perform a major storefront renovation and tenant improvement. The project took place during the cold, wet winter months with a fast tract, 60-day schedule. Finishing the project on time was a challenge, but the R&H team met the goal producing a quality, high-end space, while working safely.
