DeSoto Building

The DeSoto project encompasses the historic renovation of two adjoining buildings on NW Davis between Broadway and 8th. A Plymouth DeSoto car dealership once occupied the East building and served as the inspiration for the site's name. The West building, bordering the North Park Blocks, was most recently home of the Daisy Kingdom fabric store. Renovations to the exterior of the building brought it back to historic status and included new storefront, entries, new roofing, and masonry restoration. The ground floor is occupied by some of Portland's more prominent art galleries, and the office floors serve as the new headquarters for LRS Architects.
