R&H performed a major renovation and repair work to convert this 5-building complex, located just SW of Downtown Portland, from apartments to condominiums, repairing water intrusion and carpenter ant damage. The work included removing the exterior shell down to the studs and applying a new stucco system with hardie siding accents, a new roof and repairs to revitalize the entry and courtyard walkway.
