Kings Square Condominiums

Kings Square is a 19-unit, owner occupied condominium building nestled at the base of Portland's West Hills. R&H performed a complete exterior remodel that included demolition, removal of the existing doors, windows and siding, the installation of 108 new fiberglass windows, 21 fiberglass "tilt'n'turn" doors and 20 fiberglass compression sliding doors. Nichiha fiber-cement siding panels, stucco and sheet metal complete the cladding over the top of the new weather-barrier and window waterproofing system. The building¿s atrium and main entrance also received upgrades. Quality and documentation were extremely important to the owners. R&H provided over 500 labeled pictures of the window installation alone. Crews were careful to perform all work safely in this occupied building.
