Deschutes Brewery

R&H converted a former autobody shop into Deschutes Brewery's Portland location within the Pearl District. The space features a fully functional brewery and pub, able to accommodate seating for 250. The historic building underwent several changes during the transformation, but the overall exterior look was kept intact. R&H cleaned the original white brick on the exterior, replaced the windows in their frames, and sandblasted the original wood trusses on the interior's ceiling. To distinguish it as a brewery, a large grain silo is mounted on the roof of the building, emblazoned with Deschutes' signature logo.
