This massive renovation of a block-square, six story cold storage and warehouse building constructed in 1919 serves as headquarters for the internationally acclaimed Wieden & Kennedy advertising firm. The large project included complete structural upgrades, removal of the center of the building to create a central atrium, and the addition of a multi-purpose penthouse.
