Designed to be a gateway into the NE Portland neighborhoods, the King's Crossing development occupies the site of the former King Food Mart at the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Fremont Street. The facade of the building features an attractive mix of brick and stucco with large storefront windows. King's Crossing has retail and office space on two stories and a third floor mezzanine.
