DJC Excellence in Concrete Award

Located in the heart of Lake Oswego's downtown community, Lake View Village encompasses 6 commercial buildings surrounding a central, 4-story parking structure. Brick, stone, stucco and wood are tastefully incorporated throughout the exterior, and the plaza includes open courtyards and water features. A majority of the complex is dedicated to retail tenants, including Manzana Rotisserie Grill, for which R&H also performed the build-out.
