R&H's Bend Office Moves to 360 Bond Building

R&H Construction's Central Oregon office is excited to announce it has moved to Bend's 360 Bond Building, a five-store, LEED Gold-certified office structure in the city's Old Mill District.

R&H constructed the 360 Bond Building in 2009.  Today, our Central Oregon team, led by Steve Galash, Vice President, will manage new projects throughout Central Oregon from Suite 130.

The 360 Bond Building is also home of The ODS Companies and Western Title & Escrow.  It is the fourth project in Central Oregon to earn LEED Certification, following in the footsteps of buildings like Bend Memorial Clinic for which R&H was also the general contractor.

"Our new office space demonstrates the company's commitment to create responsible work and living environments," said Steve Galash.  "With or without LEED Certification, R&H Construction strives to create structures that minimize carbon footprints and reduce energy dependence.  In addition to showcasing our work, this new location also offers space for our Central Oregon operations to continue to grow."

Launched in 1999, R&H's Bend office has a diverse project portfolio ranging from small commercial remodels to large scale retail, office and medical buildings.  The Bend-based team recently completed the expansion of Deschutes Brewery's headquarters, adding five new fermentation tanks and expanding the brewery's capacity to nearly 350,000 barrels annually.  Other recent local projects include St. Thomas Catholic Church and School, Black Butte Ranch remodels and The Duck Store.
